Return / Refund Policy
Refund and Return Policy: Photographic evidence of proper installation and maintenance is required to ensure refund of payment. Hardware may not be returned to Consort for warranty consideration without prior written authorization in the form of a Consort-issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Collect shipments will be refused. Upon receipt, Consort will immediately inspect the hardware and contact the customer within two (2) business days with the findings and a proposed plan of action. Labor to remove and/or reinstall hardware is not covered under this warranty.
